In a dutch oven, add oil and cook bacon. Remove bacon when cooked. Then, in the oil, cook the onions, peppers and garlic on low heat. Cook until the onions and peppers are soft, but do not brown the garlic. Next, add the bacon back into the dutch oven.
In a separate pan, cook the sausage and ground beef. Cook until done and remove. Chop finely or puree into a chopper (if using a chopper, do not over chop). Next, add all the ingredients to the dutch oven. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes to an hour (be sure the temperature hits 165 degrees).
