Rodfather's "Respect the Meatloaf" Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of Rodfather's Premium Barbeque Sauce
• 3 lbs ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1 meatloaf seasoning packet

Procedure

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and form the shape of a log.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min.

Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 30 min. For a great crust topping, drizzle 1/2 cup Rodfather's Premium BBQ Sauce in the last 15-20 minutes of baking.
